這個還蠻酷的，不過好不好用就見仁見智了 :p

該 plugin 需要 vim compiled with ruby.
Instructions for use:
<Leader>lf - Opens the filesystem explorer.
<Leader>lr - Opens the filesystem explorer at the directory of the current file.
<Leader>lb - Opens the buffer explorer.
