推薦原因： Fast close tcp connections
使用感想：
用 ffmpeg 下載檔案轉成 mp4 有時會網路卡住，
此時中止它會壞檔，後來發現 TCPView 有 close connection 功能適用。
但需要用 GUI 操作，大量執行時操作不便。
之前找不到 TCPView 的 source code，今天終於找到能用的。
