花了很長的一段時間，找到老外蠻推薦的OpenSource跨平台
RSS feed 產生器：ListGarden RSS Feed Generator Program

特點如下：

Supports enclosures (New in Version 1.3)
如果是windows平台也不需要安裝，他是跑service的方式以browser的
介面來操作，設定好FTP就能上傳rss feed。新版1.3也支援Podcasting
（所謂的播客），跟我一樣有RSS製作需求的人不妨試試看。
