[問題] hd300a一定要用固定ＩＰ或分享器嗎

網路連線設定一直搞不定，買來幾天還上不了網
選pppoe上網，hinet帳號後面的小老鼠@，
一直打不出來，所以設定帳號密碼都無效。
這台機器一定要用固定ＩＰ或分享器才能上網嗎？
