大家好想請問一些問題我有使用solid works跟PRO-E兩套繪製軟體畫了一個螺栓(要做人工齒根分析用的) 用solid works畫完的時候我存成3種檔案sat igs x_t --------------------------------solid works---------------------------------- 步驟:匯入-設定參數-STYLE-REPLOT-MESH(有錯拜託跟我說) 1.當我用ansys匯入sat時視窗顯示 area 15 has very sharp vetices this area maybe difficult to mesh (面積15非常尖銳分析可能困難) 當我繼續mesh的時候視窗顯示 initial attempt to mesh area 19 wasunsuccessful automatically attempting to correct and remesh(5) (初期分析面積19但是沒有成功自動的矯正和再分析????) 2.當我匯入igs時跟匯入sat是同樣的結果當我繼續mesh時視窗顯示 this function requires defined volumes no volumes are currently defined (這個合圍方程式定義量沒有體積是一般的定義????) 3.當我匯入x_t時視窗顯示 area 6 has lines that touch this area could have problems with meshing (面積6有線沒有接觸這個面積在分析會有問題) 當我繼續mesh時視窗顯示 error meshing area 3 boundary segments touch or are too dose for meshing redefine number of divisions on boundary or adjust element size parameters (錯誤分析面積3邊界斷面沒有接觸或???? 重新定義編號將邊界分割或校正元素尺寸參數) ----------------------------------PRO-E-------------------------------------- 因為沒學過PRO-E所以是按照書上畫的也是存成前面說的3種檔案不過我匯入時跟SW一樣是線結構不過有少線應該是畫的時候有問題想請問說不能直接匯入實體的嗎?? 以上~麻煩高手幫我解決如果OK了以500P幣酬謝(我只有那麼多了) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.229.91.154 ※ 編輯: regainback 來自: 220.229.91.154 (06/26 18:31)
