[問題] typedef? scope?
開發平台(Platform): (Ex: VC++, GCC, Linux, ...)

額外使用到的函數庫(Library Used): (Ex: OpenGL, ...)
問題(Question)：
最近再看code
一般我懂下面這樣
typedef A::B B;
但是在看code有看到人家寫
typedef ::B B;
請問這該怎麼解讀呢?
翻書跟google有點不知道怎麼下手，找不太到資訊，
煩請前輩指點~~
