[問題] input跟output的問題?
開發平台(Platform): (Ex: VC++, GCC, Linux, ...)

額外使用到的函數庫(Library Used): (Ex: OpenGL, ...)
問題(Question)：
想請問一下，為什麼在c跟c++在input跟output的時候要include外部的函式，但在vb跟
php不需要，直接用就好了，是編譯跟直譯的關係嗎？
