[問題] xxx.exe has triggered a breakpoint

問題(Question)：
Debug時就跳出一個訊息視窗
Windows_shm_20130730.exe has triggered a breakpoint

點了continue，之後又跳出相同訊息，再點一次，就可以正常運行程式
點了break，出現
No symbols are loaded for any call stack frame. The source code cannot be
displayed.

沒有錯誤訊息，很確定程式碼沒有問題!
不知道是哪邊設定出了問題
