[問題] 如何用bcb 下載到這個csv檔?
開發平台(Platform): (Ex: VC++, GCC, Linux, ...)
Borland C++ Builder 6
額外使用到的函數庫(Library Used): (Ex: OpenGL, ...)

小弟想使用bcb去抓取這個csv檔
就是中間那個另存csv
可是我看捷徑好像也不是csv
有人知道要怎麼抓到這個csv檔嗎? 請幫幫我...謝謝
