[問題] 關於vs.net 2005的開發環境

如題請問大家有沒有人知道在vs.net 每開一個cs 能出現以下版權宣告的設定如下所示 /* NPlot - A charting library for .NET AdapterUtils.cs Copyright (C) 2003-2005 Matt Howlett Redistribution and use of NPlot or parts there-of in source and binary forms, with or without modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met: 1.
