由於 PTT 是 BBS 站，與論壇的情況不同，許多人雖然 IE 已無法開啟任何網頁 但 BBS 功能依然正常。由於先前介紹以 FTP 指令取得 chrome 瀏覽器的方案 會受到義守大學停機影響，這裡另外介紹取得 Opera 瀏覽器的方法，以便下載 檢測軟體/上載檢測結果。 當然，平常就安裝並更新兩種瀏覽器，會比臨時再來下載還要穩當。 先按開始 - 執行 - cmd.exe 會出現如下畫面，照範例鍵入綠色文字之後按 Enter Microsoft Windows XP [版本 5.1.2600] (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp. C:\Documents and Settings\user>cd "My Documents"_ ← (1) C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents>ftp -A ftp.opera.com_ ← (2) Connected to get2.opera.com. 220 (vsFTPd 2.0.5) 331 Please specify the password. 230 Login successful.
