This time, however, only Privatefirewall and CA Internet Security Suite Plus improved their score. Norton Internet Security felt down from 40% score to 20 %. Although we see that some new techniques are handled by Norton Internet Security, other techniques that were handled in the 2011 version are not handled anymore. CA Internet Security Suite Plus went the opposite way. From 12% score it jumped up to 30 %, which is still not a good result, but it definitely is a better one and a possible promise for its future versions. The best product from today's testing is thus the new Privatefirewall. Its score has been improved by 7 % to the Excellent, and close to perfect, 98 %.
