[方案] 重設 Winsock2 和 TCP/IP 的指令

→ netsh winsock reset
影響範圍：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock

重設 TCP/IP 相關機碼：
→ netsh int ip reset [log_file_name]
log_file_name：所執行動作的紀錄檔。例如 C:\resetlog.txt
影響範圍：
