[中毒] 電腦會突然自行重開機三四次!?

1.問題描述：
(1) 電腦會突然自己重開機三四次?
(2) 用線上掃毒出現以下中毒檔案 不知直接刪除是否會影響系統運作?
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mkfght0.dll 感染了 Infostealer
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rttrwq.exe 感染了 Infostealer
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\TO2WF3M7\cc[1].rar 感染了 Trojan.Ramag
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\LB9M39QZ\ff[1].rar 感染了 Trojan.Ramag
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\GHWHT77I\abs[1].rar 感染了 Trojan.Ramag
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\2L7E17A3\ff[1].rar 感染了 Trojan.Ramag
(3) 開機都會在工作列出現這個程式 HOTKEY KEYBOARD
一按右鍵關閉電腦就會定格將近20秒
