[問題] CPU使用率亂跳
2.請詳細將問題描述在下方並建議使用系統分析軟體附上：
最近幾天電腦變點有LAG的感覺，沒有開其他程式，CPU也會從0%跳到15%
正常使用的話，大概都50%左右，連聽音樂聲音都會LAG，掃毒也沒掃到東西
