終於搞定了0rz
原來巴哈巴哈在五月初受到大陸網站攻擊後，
把 IP 從 210.64.125.5 換成 203.73.96.88

另外參考巴哈SOS版PitoHA和ukjhsa的設定
在 「 FIREWALL → Advanced → Network Security Policy 」
右上角的selcet新增 -> Running Processes ->
Windows Operating System (有的人是System Idle Process?)
左下角按Add...
* Action: Allow
* Protocol: TCP
* Direction: Out
* Source Address
o Any
* Destination Address
o Single IP: 203.73.96.88
* Source Port
o A Single Port: 113
* Destination Port
o Any
* Action: Allow
* Protocol: TCP
* Direction: In
* Source Address
o Single IP: 203.73.96.88
* Destination Address
o Any
