[問題] adb kill-server和adb shell
更新程式碼後，要讓已經開啟的模擬器跟著更新
下達的DOS指令是：adb kill-server和adb shell
但有時會失敗，不曉得問題出在哪？
詳細描述如下：
1.模擬器跑新的程式碼成功：
C:\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb kill-server
C:\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb shell
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
error: device offline
2.模擬器沒有更新動作
C:\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb kill-server
C:\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb shell
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *

都是使用同樣的指令，為什麼有時會不行
而必須把模擬器整個關掉，再開啟，才能跑更新後的程式碼
